Here’s a Marvelous Theme Series Presentation by Dani Mahardhika, the Lumia Themes Series which is of course inspired by the Windows Phone OS, will give your phone a new look. Phone Blue Theme is based upon Lumia Style with Blue Icons combined with Symbian style. Dark color combination for elements and icons will save your battery with AMOLED screen for Belle Users.

The best part is these series will be available for all Symbian Phones i.e.

Basically Phone Blue is a free theme. Other tiles color are coming soon as premium themes at Nokia Store (Green, Pink, Purple, Red, and maybe also another colors). Change your tiles color depending upon your moods. These themes has as far as the most number of 3rd Party icons included in them, this theme contains 810+ icons.
